The Major League Baseball season is heating up. Daily fantasy baseball managers will be looking to get the hottest players onto their teams for this weekend's contests. There is a lot to play for on the diamond this weekend, and LetsRUMBL has three top picks fantasy players need in their lineups.

Friday June 8

George Springer, Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers

LetsRUMBL average: 22 points

Houston Astros right fielder George Springer has the team's second-best batting average headed into this weekend's series against the Texas Rangers. Spring is hitting .293 with a .362 OBP. Springer has been driving in runs all season long and ranks second on the Astros with 37 RBI. Many of those RBI have come thanks to Springer's ability to go yard. The outfielder has jacked a team high 13 dingers. Springer is having his best MLB season at the plate in terms of batting average and OPS+Slugging percentage.

The Astros and Texas Rangers have met eight times this season. Springer has cranked three home runs and five RBI against the Rangers pitching staff. He has had no problem getting hits off of the Rangers.

The Rangers are propping up the American League West and the team's combined ERA is a whopping 4.69. It is MLB's eighth worst ERA this season. The Rangers pitchers have given up the third most home runs in the Big Leagues (87). Springer should get plenty of pitches to hit.

Springer's defense has seen him record 213 total putouts in the outfield. He has also added eight assists. Whether its defense or offense, Springer will deliver against the Texas Rangers.

Saturday June 9

Aaron Judge, New York Yankees vs. New York Mets

LetsRUMBL average: 21 points

The New York Yankees take on the New York Mets in an inter-league Subway Series this weekend. After starting the season red hot, the Mets have regressed into the team many believed they would be in 2018. The Mets poor play and eight losses in their last 10 games makes Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge a must pick fantasy player.

Judge is hitting .274 with a team high 17 home runs this season. He also leads the Yankees in RBI with 43. His home runs and RBI place Judge in the top seven of both categories in MLB. Judge's OPS is .967 and there is no doubt the Yankees right fielder will get to the Mets pitching this weekend.

The Mets staff has posted a 4.12 ERA and given up 264 runs. Mets pitchers have allowed 66 home runs headed into the weekend series. The Yankees will travel to Citi Field for the series where the Mets are 12-19. Meanwhile the Yankees are 18-9 on the road in 2018.

Judge has made 95 putouts and five assists in the outfield. His glove is another reason for fantasy players to add him to their team.

Sunday June 10

Andrew McCutchen, San Francisco Giants vs. Washington Nationals

LetsRUMBL average: 20 points

Andrew McCutchen is second on the San Francisco Giants with 27 RBI. Although his batting average is just .253, he has registered a .771 OPS and accumulated 93 total bases. The Giants will travel to Washington to play the Nationals this weekend. The Nats have recorded a .500 record at home this season. The Giants are improving and the team has won six of their last 10 games.

Although the Nationals pitching will be difficult to beat, McCutchen has hit well reaching base in four straight games from June 3 to 6. McCutchen registered seven hits in 15 at bats during that four-game run that saw the Giants play the Philadelphia Phillies and Arizona Diamondbacks. McCutchen posted a .368 batting average with two home runs and five RBI. After a so-so start with the Giants, he is now heating up, which makes him the perfect player to draft this weekend.

McCutchen has been good with the glove as well. He has tallied 105 putouts and three assists. Daily fantasy sports players shouldn't miss the chance to add the Giants right fielder to their team this weekend.
